★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio nunca atienden en el telefono que tienen registrado y cuando lo hacen dicen que no te escuchen por que no srive, ahorrense problemas y perdida de tiempo.
Terrible service they never answer on the phone they have registered and when they do they say that they do not listen to you because they do not srive, save yourselves problems and waste of time.

Luego me negaron el cambio de modelo por otro, porque suspendieron las devoluciones, cancelaciones y cambios de artículos asi fuera el mismo día aunque no saliera de la tienda... cuando ni facturado se encontraba el articulo.
They showed me a drill and did not inform me that the bits are separate.
Then they denied me the change of model for another, because they suspended returns, cancellations and changes of items even if it was the same day even if I did not leave the store ... when the item was not even invoiced.
