★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio. Prometen hacer el trabajo en 4-5 días y no cumplen. Te piden un anticipo, te hacen firmar una nota y ellos no son responsables. Ya han pasado 8 días y aún no tienen el diseño para que se autorice. Y no contestan ni llamadas ni mensajes. Solo dicen que no se encuentra la "diseñadora". Cuando voy al local tampoco hay quien de una respuesta. Mi jefe me pidió calidad y eficacia y este lugar definitivamente no lo es.
Bad service. They promise to do the work in 4-5 days and they do not comply. They ask you for an advance, they make you sign a note and they are not responsible. It has been 8 days and they still do not have the design to be authorized. And they do not answer calls or messages. They only say that the "designer" is not there. When I go to the premises, there is no one who answers. My boss asked me for quality and efficiency and this place definitely is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si usted quiere evitar enojos, pérdida de tiempo y dinero evite este lugar a toda costa los empleados son groseros en cuanto a trato al cliente, no entregan a tiempo dicen que no saben usar las máquinas referentes al trabajo que encargaste y se tiran la bolita, busque una mejor opción aunque sea más cara por que este lugar solo lo va a hacer perder dinero y tiempo, lastima que los jefes nunca están para que se den cuenta de que clase de empleados tienen y pueden revisar los demás comentarios aqui en en las reseñas y todas hablan de los mismo, ojalá y llegue a muchas personas este mensaje para que este lugar nunca sea su opción. Se preocupan cero por el cliente y solo pretextos es lo que ponen.
If you want to avoid anger, waste of time and money, avoid this place at all costs, the employees are rude in terms of customer treatment, they do not deliver on time, they say they do not know how to use the machines related to the work you commissioned and they throw the ball away, look for a better option even if it is more expensive because this place is only going to waste money and time, it hurts that the bosses are never there to realize what kind of employees they have and they can check the other comments here in the reviews and they all talk about the same, hopefully and reach many people this message so that this place is never their option. They care zero for the client and only pretexts is what they put.
