★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio.. precaución cuando compres alguna pieza porque no hay devoluciones. Y las piezas no siempre son originales. Al menos en poleas y rodamientos. Eso te recomiendo comprar una cenita refaccionaria cualquiera

En -Refacciones- me mantuvieron enterado de los tiempos de entrega de mis accesorios, (cumpliendo con los tiempos acordados, pese a la pandemia e importarlos de la Planta de M-Benz en Alemania); y en -Servicio- la atención del Ing. Raúl Serna para la instalación, alineación, balanceo, Test y N2, fue siempre cortés, puntual y profesional. Me encuentro satisfecho con mis accesorios, atención y servicio recibidos, a la altura de Mercedes Benz. Gracias.
I recently took my SMART FORTWO in exchange for wheels and tires to Hermer Zurich | Polanco Service Center. In -Refacciones- they kept me informed of the delivery times of my accessories, (complying with the agreed times, despite the pandemic and importing them from the M-Benz Plant in Germany); and in -Service- the attention of Eng. Raúl Serna for the installation, alignment, balancing, Test and N2, was always courteous, punctual and professional. I am satisfied with my accessories, attention and service, at the level of Mercedes Benz. Thank you.
