★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PEDIMOS COTIZACIÓN DE REFACCIONES Y NOS PIDIERON QUE ESPERÁRAMOS EN LINEA, DESPUÉS DE MEDIA HORA NOS TRANSFIRIERON A DIFERENTES EXTENSIONES HASTA COLGARNOS. VOLVIMOS A MARCAR VARIAS VECES Y NO TUVIMOS ÉXITO. EL ÁREA DE REFACCIONES DEJA MUCHO QUE DESEAR.
AWFUL SERVICE, WE ASKED FOR A QUOTE OF SPARE PARTS AND THEY ASKED US TO WAIT IN LINE, AFTER HALF AN HOUR THEY TRANSFERRED US TO DIFFERENT EXTENSIONS UNTIL WE HANG UP. WE CALLED AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES AND WE WERE NOT SUCCESSFUL. THE PARTS AREA LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRRED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo! se quedó casi una semana a servicio y al momento de entregar nos dimos cuenta que fallaban varias cosas que antes no, lamentablemente esperamos más de 2 horas para que volvieran a checar cosas que venían incluidas en el servicio ? no lo recomiendo! Aparte de caro, ver jetas de los trabajadores, azotar puertas créanme fue terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio, desde la entrada ofrecen acomodar el auto y agua o refresco, detectaron la falla de mi carro muy rápido y el costo de las refacciones es muy buena, menor que en una refaccionaria, todo el personal muy amable y atento, muy contento con la atención.
