★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en el área de ventas. Tan así que el vendedor Iván nos trajo con mentiras comentando que el crédito ya estaba aprobado pero a los tres días lo condicionaban tuvimos que pedir ayuda de 2 amistades más y solo fue una perdida de tiempo.
Al momento de la entrega de mi camioneta, no estuvo presente, me comento del costo del seguro el cual al momento de entregarme la póliza este ya habia subido casi 5 mil pesos mas y nunca me mencionó el porque el cambio de precio y de ser seguro premium me entrega un seguro básico, sin mas que decir esta experiencia de compra un mal sabor de boca y que pena que de verdad tengamos que aguantar este tipo de tratos y saber que no es fruta lo que venden son carros y de alta gama, quedo decepcionado por el como me trataron y mi adquisición fue una camioneta 2021, me da pena hacer este tipo de cosas pero se me hace injusto como tratan a sus clientes. Pésima experiencia.

At the time of delivery of my truck, he was not present, he told me about the cost of the insurance which at the time of giving me the policy it had already risen almost 5,000 pesos more and he never mentioned to me why the price change and being safe Premium gives me a basic insurance, without more to say this shopping experience a bad taste in my mouth and what a pity that we really have to put up with this type of treatment and know that it is not fruit what they sell are cars and high-end, I remain disappointed by the way they treated me and my acquisition was a 2021 truck, I am sorry to do this kind of thing but it makes me unfair how they treat their customers. Bad experience.
