★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La califico con una estrella porque hace unos meses compré varias cosas en este lugar, me pareció bien la variedad de productos y la atención.
Pero hoy que es noviembre del 2020 fui en dos ocasiones a comprar unas cosas que necesitaba ganchos para crochet y otros accesorios igualmente para crochet (que previamente ya había comprado en esa tienda)
Y la primera señorita que me atendió me negó la venta de los ganchos que aunque no tenían de metal si tenían de bambú que en ningún momento me ofreció, total regrese dos semanas después y pedí unos guarda puntos, otra señorita se me queda viendo como si le hubiera pedido un producto de otro planeta y me dijo "no aquí no manejamos eso"
O sea cómo? YO COMPRE AHÍ MISMO ese material y ahora resulta que no lo conocen, super pésimo jamás vuelvo a ir a ese lugar.

And the first lady who attended me denied the sale of the hooks that although they did not have metal, they did have bamboo that at no time did she offer me, I came back two weeks later and asked for some point guards, another lady stares at me as if I would have asked him for a product from another planet and he said "no here we don't handle that"
Or how? I BUY this material RIGHT NOW and now it turns out that they don't know it, super terrible I never go to that place again.
