Ingreso el vehiculo por accidente el 9 /12/2017 Y hasta el dia 24 de febrero de 2018 no me lo ha entregado por lo cual es un taller no recomendado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un taller con pésima atención, no cumplen fechas de entrega y su servicio al cliente es de malisima calidad, si tienen un siniestro eviten que lleven su coche a ese taller. Llevo 2 meses y aún no me pueden dar fecha de entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segunda ocasión que entra mi carro por aseguradora, la 1ra vez se me hizo mucho el tiempo que me detuvieron el carro. 2da ocasión no han cumplido con el plazo solicitado, me han hecho perder mi tiempo. No lo recomiendo. El trato de la señora recepcionista deja mucho que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi auto a que lo pintaran completo y a las 2 semanas se empezó a caer la pintura, además las reparaciones que les solicite las pegaron con silicon de baño en vez de cambiar las piezas y me rompieron 2 más ? SON PÉSIMOS, CUIDADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de las damas que atienden no es muy amable que digamos, pero el trabajo que realizan sus mecánicos es excepcional, sobre todo el jefe de mecánicos E. Sus precios son razonables y los tiempos, comprensibles. Una soldadura en la estructura de soporte de un coche estuvo hecha el mismo día por la tarde y quedó muy bien.
El trabajo que hacen en hojalatería y pintura es muy bueno, la atención de las secretarias debería mejorar.
