No son profesionales , servicio de muy pobre calidad , servicio de poco valor teniendo en cuenta lo que cobran por lo que ofrecen , no te comunican con tiempo los cambios , si no quieres viajar con una compañía que te cambie fecha y hora de tu vuelo todos los días ...hazte tu mismo un favor ..NO USES ESTA AGENCIA DE VIAJES ...

Experiencia fatal. Intenté ponerme en contacto con ellos desde Cuba para comprar un pasaje a CDMX y nada, no contestaban por ninguna vía. Terminé comprando a una persona en La Habana y resulta que el pasaje es de Merely Tours. Pasaje super caro, pero claro, como es con intermediario y además solo hay una aerolínea volando a México, hacen lo que quieran. Luego en el aeropuerto para regresar a Cuba la representante solo estuvo para ver que todos tuviéramos el carnet de vacunación y listo. Más tarde, a la hora de abordar el vuelo, cuando los trabajadores de la aerolínea nos maltratan y violan nuestros derechos, la representante no está por ninguna parte. Una vergüenza la verdad que sean los mismos cubanos los que se aprovechan y pisotean a otros cubanos.

Fatal experience. I tried to contact them from Cuba to buy a ticket to CDMX and nothing, they did not answer by any means. I ended up buying from a person in Havana and it turns out that the ticket is from Merely Tours. Super expensive ticket, but of course, as it is with an intermediary and also there is only one airline flying to Mexico, they do what they want. Then at the airport to return to Cuba the representative was only there to see that we all had the vaccination card and that's it. Later, when boarding the flight, when the airline workers mistreat us and violate our rights, the representative is nowhere to be found. It is a shame to be honest that it is the Cubans themselves who take advantage of and trample on other Cubans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pasajes excecivamente caros,colas interminables para checkin, maltrato al pasajero cobran exceso de equipaje a algunos pasajeros pero a los q llevan cosas para negociar en cuba entonces no les cobran oficialmente pero pasan todo lo que quieren. Se aprovechan de que es la unica aerolinia volando a cuba en estos momentos. De poder evitarlo NO VUELE CON ELLOS!

El despacho en el aeropuerto es un antro de bandidos extorsionadores con las pesas alteradas para sacarle dinero a los cubanos que viajan con sus cositas para solucionar algunos de los tantos problemas y necesidades que tienen en Cuba.
Es realmente vergonzoso.

Si esperas un servicio igual que una aerolínea está no es tu opción, te atienden mal, poca información, muy desinteresados, boletos elevados de precio, se tardan en contestar y no te explican a detalle hay que rogarles mucho para obtener respuestas. Se aprovechan de la situación ya que no hay muchas opciones para volar a cuba. Espero no les dure mucho el gusto y todo esto se normalice y tengamos mejores opciones más confiables para viajar a cuba.

Yo estuve preguntando si cancelaron a el vuelo y contestaron que no y ahora de buenas a primeras lo cancelan y no dan razón alguna ni una persona para dar la cara y cero compensación. Que falta de seriedad ni que los servicios que ofrecen constarán un peso, si cobran. Lo que quieren
