★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING. I ordered a small car, mitsubishi mirage online a week before with full insurance. US264 I get there and the guy says he does not have a car avail for me in that price range....now I would have to pay US426 for a car.....10 min later following much arguing we settled on a price of US320 for a near new chineese car. I had to take it as we had our day planed and my wife was waiting to be picked up.
Then once I check my card statement which is in mxn peso I find the lousy conversion by them had charged me way more than it should have been.
If they cant shaft you one way they get you another way when your back is turned. The car was ok but I do not recommend this company at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service for this agency, first of all nowhere in their site is it mentioned that the car must stay within 3 states in Mexico which is unheard of. They only mentioned it when we signed the lease, upon asking about his limit the agency representative said we just need to notify that we were leaving the peninsula to go to the adjacent state, only until then we were informed that police would be notified of stealing the car. We had to change our whole trip of going from Merida to Oaxaca. Now for the car, it was missing its front plate, which we only were told once we received the car. We were stopped all the time and had to show all the paperwork repeatedly. I would not rent there ever again, the manager was the single most rude person I've had contact with.

First car was not what we expected they must've noticed my disappointment because the emailed me and switched the car out. The second car was very good, great gas mileage. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience was very good. I thank the staff of the company that was very attentive, despite the inconvenience of having to wait for us at the airport much more because of the delay of our flight.
The prices are very good compared to other agencies we consulted on the internet. They have no hidden charges, you pay exactly what you see on the reservation form on the web.
The process is very simple, just as the name of the company says: Easy Way. The car was in very good condition, like new. I recommend the full insurance because the deposit is lower and you avoid worries on the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful, attentive, and professional service. Do not hesitate renting a car from Easy Way. We went to the Merida, Centro location. José and Tomas were excellent and truly put us at ease for our first time driving in the region. They were both very helpful, clear on policies, and made the process truly easy. Tomas even gave us local recommendations for food and sites. We made a reservation online. When we showed up, they gave us options of 2 vehicles. One was a brand new hatchback and the other was just what we needed. Slightly older and more incognito, since we didn’t want to stand out when driving in Mexico. The car was clean, ran smoothly, and all went very well. We would not have had an amazing week of exploring and adventures without this solid car rental. So with much gratitude, thank you Easy Way.

I was a bit nervous renting from a local agency that didn't have an office at the Merida airport (they picked us up on time) but everything went exactly as planned. The staff is courteous and very conscientious, and the price does not change once you arrive (a very common practice). We rented a Dodge Caravan minivan that met all our needs. We wold definitely rent from Easy Way again. Thank you Jorge and Tomas for the great service!
