Carlos has personally gone out of his way to help with with my Mexican Residency in order to buy and sell real estate down in Mexico.
I highly recommend working with this company.
I’ve also rented multiple house through them and the experiences were perfect. Before I even arrive at whichever house I’m renting, they send me a video on how to open the lockbox and who to contact if I need help. When I’ve reached out for help, they’ve replied almost instantly.
Can’t recommend enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, ethical and honest real estate company in Merida. Sellers and buyers need to be very careful /cautious with real estate agents/transactions in Mexico (Merida) as this industry is not regulated like in the US, Canada, EU.
