Excelente opción para hospedarse

Limpio, cómodo y atención excelente.

Não há janelas, portanto, não há ar puro/fresco. Do local até a catedral, onde está Zocalo, são 10 quadras (as quadras em Mérida são bem extensas). O ponto positivo é que há várias vans e ônibus que passam perto dali e, se você tomar algum deles, te deixam a cerca de 4 quadras da catedral. No quarto onde fiquei havia três claraboias no teto, que são fixas. Portanto, não há ventilação, mas, pela manhã, a iluminação é excessiva e você não consegue dormir. Pelo preço que se paga, você pode encontrar bons lugares em uma zona mais bem localizada e, quiçá, mais arejada....

Decent place to stay via airbnb. Fast internet, hot water, clean place. Only drawback is its a bit far from downtown.

This was one of my best stays in Mexico, and I am pretty sure that it will be same with you. Very clean, spacious with kitchen, and friendly hosts. The only tricky part is checking in. See the black iron below in attached picture? Left door is can be pulled open, need a little bit of strength. You'd better make an check in appointment with whatsapp or e-mail to make it sure, although the hosts live in the apartment, too.

I initially fell in love with the furnished room and condition and everything was fine until it was time to sleep and then I heard noise. It sounded like something was lurking around... ultimately I turned on the light to find a huge cockroach ready to crawl onto the bed... I got rid of it and noticed a little bit closer that not only the bedroom had bug issues but apparently small tick like bugs were crawling around in the bathroom and come out when no one is around. I inspected the walls closely and realized a spider was on me, and EVERY single wall corner has cobwebs and spiders on it. It’s now 2:02am and I need to wake up for work and now I can’t sleep due to fear of some bug crawling on me or my pregnant girl while we’re asleep. Furniture is okay, electrical plugs are modern, everything was okay, not the best but it was nice in the beginning until this bug fiasco started becoming more apparent. Management can definitely avoid this by having a cleaner maintenance and better pest control. I feel like I paid too much to have this issue in comparison to the other hotels in the area.
