s	sergio b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo aquí desde hace 2 años, el departamento tiene vista hacia el noreste, (parque metropolitano) en invierno es super caluroso, todo el día le da el sol de frente, bien si eres muy friolento, si eres caluroso prepárate para poner aire acondicionado y el gasto de la electricidad, otro detalle muy molesto es el permanente ruido, es un zumbido 24/7 de automóviles que pasan por Av. Vallarta e incluso se alcanza a oir el periférico (aún cuando ya se pusieron sellos en las ventanas y puertas), si eres estudiante creo que te puede funcionar esta lleno de estudiantes de la UP y gente joven, los acabados son regulares, no son de lujo, son para dar el gatazo y ahora que son nuevos pues pasan, pero con el paso de un par de años va a haber muchas cosas que se tendrán que cambiar o dar mantenimiento muy profundo, el tema del estacionamiento de visitas y la seguridad es terrible hemos cambiado como 3 o 4 veces de compañía de seguridad, pero en realidad los que deberían cambiar son los residentes, nadie acata las reglas, tiene buenas amenidades, aunque en ocasiones la alberca parece Chimulco, en general está bien, pero si buscas algo exclusivo este no es el lugar, al principio tuvimos problemas con goteras en el estacionamiento que al parecer ya se solucionó, los servicios del área de enfrente siempre resultan muy útiles, Gym, Cafetería, Spa, tiendita, multimarcas de envios, lavandería y tintorería. Excelente departamento para solteros, precisamente por la seguridad relajada, rentas desde los 15,000 hasta los 22,000 de 2 y 3 cuartos respectivamente.
