I	Israel Melgoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio respecto a garantías, instalaron 2 pistones hidráulicos y desde un principio dejaba de funcionar 1 por mes aveces los 2 juntos. Le daban solución momentánea y volvía el problema, nos dijeron que era la instalación eléctrica que no tenía una pastilla independiente para el sistema, se le instaló una pastilla independiente como ellos sugería (obviamente por nuestra cuenta) y siguió el problema. Después de un año de mal funcionamiento la compañía ahora dicen qué tal vez no era lo eléctrico, qué tal vez sea el cableado y que se tiene que cablear nuevamente pero que ese servicio tiene un costo extra aún cuando desde el principio no los instalaron de manera correcta, ahora quieren cobrarle al cliente en vez de asumir responsabilidad de garantía, pésima empresa y los costos súper elevados. No la recomiendo Bad service regarding guarantees, they installed 2 hydraulic pistons and from the beginning 1 stopped working per month, sometimes the 2 together. They gave a momentary solution and the problem returned, they told us that it was the electrical installation that did not have an independent pickup for the system, they installed an independent pickup as they suggested (obviously on our own) and the problem continued. After a year of malfunction, the company now says that perhaps it was not the electrical, that perhaps it was the wiring and that it had to be wired again but that this service has an extra cost even though from the beginning they did not install them correctly. correct, now they want to charge the customer instead of assuming warranty liability, lousy company and super high costs. I do not recommend it
