★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, te retienen los paquetes por cualquier cosa y luego te cobran un exceso para devolver el paquete o intentar rescatarlo. Incluyen de todo en su lista de prohibidos sin revisar bien.
Terrible service, they retain the packages for anything and then they charge you an excess to return the package or try to rescue it. They include everything on their prohibited list without reviewing it well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un servicio bastante decente y rápido, es más económico y rápido que importar a través de otros servicios. Podría mejorar sus precios, en todo caso les recomiendo usarlo con compras menores a 50dlls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No usen el servicio, me perdieron en noviembre de 2021 5 piezas con valor de 64 USD cada pieza y es la fecha 13 de abril de 2022 que no me reembolsa su dichosa aseguradora, se perdio dentro de su propio almacén ni si quiera fue en el trayecto...
Do not use the service, they lost me in November 2021 5 pieces with a value of 64 USD each piece and it is the date April 13, 2022 that their happy insurer does not reimburse me, it was lost inside their own warehouse it was not even in the journey...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst and most expensive service I ever experienced. They charged me 33 usd for a pair of sandals that I paid 36 for... On top of that I had to go a Bancomer location and personally deposit into their account, as the only credit card available to add in their page is an AMEX which I dont have, I only have mastercard and visa, which is not an option for them.... DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM
