★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice un pedido a domicilio a la sucursal de burgos , en principio me dijeron que me llamaban para confirmar el monto y mi pedido , pasó media hora y eso no sucedió asi que yo llame para confirmar , el monto de mi pedido nunca se me fue informado . Después de eso pasó hora y media más (osea esperé un total de 2 horas) y marqué para saber que era lo que estaba pasando. La señorita me dijo que ya habian venido y como no encontraron la casa se regresaron, cabe aclarar que mi casa está perfectamente señalizada y es la más grande dentro del condominio , que si quería que me lo volvieran a enviar tendría que pagar doble el servicio a domicilio!!! Incluso me paso al supuesto chofer para confirmar los hechos quien se portó muy altanero. Al final después de quejarme me dijeron que si lo enviaban sin costo extra... Como si me hicieran un favor, de verdad terrible mi experiencia y a los colonos de burgos no les recomiendo el servicio en lo más minimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí comida de aquí por Uber Eats y mis chilaquiles tenían varios trozos de plástico. Ya no me comí ni los chilaquiles ni el pan o fruta, ya no me da confianza la comida de este sucursal de Merpol. Lo bueno es que Uber Eats me reembolso por la comida.

El muy descarado sigui atendiendo, al momento de pedirle que se desinfexte y use guantes y cubre bocas el simple mente se molesto y me ignoro. ¡¡CUIDADO CON SUS COMPRAS!!
