★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto no llegó les entregué el 50% anticipo por 100 dispositivos. No los recomiendo. Tampoco dan la cara, se esconden y no dan respuesta. No ha transparencia. Una lastima haber confiado en ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, se tardan más que cuando uno lo importa directamente, no generan bien las facturas y luego te piden liquidar cuando ni siquiera te han entregado tu mercancía, además te dicen una fecha y luego otra y otra, pésimo.
Terrible, they take longer than when you import it directly, they do not generate invoices well and then they ask you to settle when they have not even delivered your merchandise, they also tell you a date and then another and another, terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice con Meru mi primera importación sin saber nada de aduanas para comenzar a vender en mercado libre. Todo muy bien me llego mi mercancía (audífonos) con factura, eso me encantó. Me salió mucho más barato que con una comercializadora tradicional. A pesar de que se tardaron 3 semanas más de lo prometido, entiendo que se tardaron porque se encargan de hasta tramitar las NOMS de importación, ninguna comercializadora absorbe esos costos.
I made my first import with Meru without knowing anything about customs to start selling in the open market. All very well I got my merchandise (headphones) with an invoice, I loved that. It was much cheaper than with a traditional marketer. Despite the fact that it took 3 weeks longer than promised, I understand that it took them because they are in charge of even processing the import NOMS, no trading company absorbs those costs.
