★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una mala experiencia, después de comprar constantemente, solicité un servicio días antes, cómo siempre lo había hecho, vía whatsApp y un día antes por teléfono quedaron en enviar la factura y nunca entregaron para poder realizar el pago. Evidentemente quedé mal para el evento que tenía y tuve que buscar una opción de emergencia en la noche, horas antes del evento lo cual es una pésima experiencia considerando que no es la primera vez que se le compraba y nunca me negué a pagar ni mucho menos simplemente hay un protocolo interno y estuve 3 días solicitando la factura. A nivel corporativo cualquier proveedor debe saber que es la factura antes del pago. Es una lastima la actitud hacia clientes constantes, no se que clase de ploblemas haya tenido con otras empresas pero no deberían tratar así a quienes siempre hemos sido claros y honestos y solo estamos buscando hacer alianzas duraderas, no por algo compraba constantemente . En fin, no lo recomiendo
Update: acabo de recibir mensajes de esta persona de acoso e insultandome por mi reseña. Ojalá no tengan que pasar por está mala experiencia, de verdad no vale la pena y si la señora cree que después de pedir durante 3 días una factura y no enviarla para hacer el pago además de no cumplir su palabra de enviarla a una hora significa que yo quiero un producto sin pagar está muy equivocada. Así como ella dice que no puede enviar producto sin pago yo no puedo hacer pagos sin factura y ella quería el pago sin facturar lo cual es claro un tema de evasion fiscal.

Obviously I was bad for the event I had and I had to look for an emergency option at night, hours before the event, which is a terrible experience considering that it is not the first time that it was bought from it and I never refused to pay, much less there is simply an internal protocol and I spent 3 days requesting the invoice. At the corporate level, any supplier must know what the invoice is before payment. The attitude towards constant customers is a shame, I do not know what kind of problems I have had with other companies but they should not treat that way those of us who have always been clear and honest and we are only looking to make lasting alliances, not because of something I constantly bought. Anyway, I don't recommend it
Update: I just got messages from this person harassing and insulting me for my review. Hopefully they don't have to go through this bad experience, it's really not worth it and if the lady thinks that after asking for an invoice for 3 days and not sending it to make the payment in addition to not keeping her word to send it at an hour it means that I want a product without paying is very wrong. Just as she says that she cannot send product without payment, I cannot make payments without an invoice and she wanted the payment without invoicing, which is clearly a matter of tax evasion.
