I had a wonderful meal here back in August and couldn't speak more highly of the service. I stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring the streets around Tepoztlán and they welcomed me with open arms. After sharing my name, they prepared this table for me and all the staff called me by my surname. I formerly worked in fine dining and love to test and navigate wine menus. Their suggestions were spot on and the waiter shared his enthusiasm for me to try one of his favorite wines, Canto de Luna, even though it's only available by the bottle. I enjoyed four courses here over two hours, both reading and journalling through the hours. They were perfectly attentive with a soft touch to not pressure me to order more than i needed to and enjoy my time and the view without any rush. I was greeted by the manager who was wonderful to speak with. I highly recommend this restaurant for their food, service, and ambience. I can't wait to return on my next trip!

We began our evening here with high expectations. We found this restaurant online and it looked beautiful and had an interesting menu so we reserved a table to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. When we arrived, only two tables in the entire restaurant were occupied, but for some reason we were seated immediately next to the other party. A short while later we asked if we could possibly move to another table to have a bit more privacy and some breathing room. Although we were literally the only two tables in the restaurant at that point, we were told that changing tables was impossible because they had other reservations. Needless to say, this left us feeling pretty disappointed and uncomfortable. A short while later we requested to be seated outside if they couldn't accommodate us anywhere else in the empty restaurant. They agreed. Although our waiter was friendly and helpful in this situation, our special night had turned into a situation we just wanted to escape. We ate our dinner as quickly as possible then left. As we exited, we couldn't help but notice that only three tables in the supposedly totally reserved indoor dining room were occupied.
