★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En efecto mal servicio, hoy es martes 14 de abril, llevo dos días tratando de comunicarme para solicitar el servicio de agua. Que solo atienden por whatsApp. Ya cumplí con el requerimiento y nada de servicio. Y sí, empezó muy bien y prometieron que en cuanto lo solicitaras te llevaban el agua. Y por lo que se ve ni han de leer estos comentarios por que el servicio está muy mal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Pague el garrafón, les di el garrafón vacío y no entregaron el garrafón lleno. Y no son capaces de asumir la responsabilidad y no les importa tener una buena relación con el cliente. Aparte de este incidente, ya había tenido varios problemas en relación con la entrega y jamás te resuelven. No vale la pena estar recibiendo un pésimo servicio por un garrafón.
Todavía después del problema que tuvimos, me marcan muy quitados de la pena para preguntarme si necesito servicio de garrafón. ¿Cuál garrafón si ustedes me lo robaron?
Terrible service. I paid for the jug, I gave them the empty jug and they did not deliver the full jug. And they are not able to take responsibility and do not mind having a good relationship with the customer. Siempre mencionan problemas con sus camionetas, se tiene que esperar uno todo el día para recibir el agua porque no tienen horarios y luego no llegan. Muy informales. De cuatro entregas, una por semana, tres no llegaron en un mes. Por teléfono muy groseros y no resuelven. Paquete completo de mal servicio, lástima el agua es buena.

Rolan el personal muy seguido, y no te terminas de acoplar ni con un repartidor ni con otro. Yo le había dado mi llave a un repartidor con el que había tenido trato varios meses, y cuando me vengo dando cuenta, lo habían cambiado y la llave valió madres. No son constantes en la hora de entrega. Un fin de semana me llegan a las 12:00-12:30 y al siguiente me llegan a las 2:30.
No sirve de mucho la buena calidad de su agua y su bonito nombre si tienen tales detalles en su servicio.

Al principio que pedía agua, se acordó un día de entrega y siempre llegaba en un horario muy estable, ahora solo vienen a veces, o no tren el pedido completo, y llegan ya sin tener un horario, la última vez que me queje las señoritas de atención a clientes solo se escudan diciendo qué ellas ya no coordinan horarios, que son los mismos repartidores los que organizan las entregas.
Lo malo es que ya no se que servicio de agua tener.
