El personal se pone a platicar, gritar y pone música super alta sin importarles si hay huéspedes en las habitaciones, sobre todo en la salita del segundo piso, desde temprano incomodan si es que les toca una de esas habitaciones, se supone que pagas una estancia para descansar no para estar escuchando los chismes y música del personal del hotel. Si te bañas después de las 8am ya no hay agua caliente. Lo único decente es el restaurante. Leí los comentarios acerca del personal que no respetaba pero los ignore por que pensé que exageraban y no fue así, si piensan ir a descansar no lo recomiendo a menos que hagan algo para que su personal aprenda a respetar la estancia de los huéspedes.

Great restaurant in pinal de amoles

This was a surreal experience of the waiter getting the order wrong in spectacular fashion more than once, and an encounter with kitchen staff who subscribe to the "customer is always wrong" philosophy. It could all have been avoided by re-checking the order. However, the kitchen staff chose to deal with it by calling us "American" (as if it were some kind of insult) and trying to tell us that a torta without certain ingredients was somehow inappropriate.

Si lo haces a destiempo no tendrás agua caliente. Y como hace frío, estarás esperando como un idiota congelado el agua caliente que nunca llega. O me duchaba con agua fría y me enfriaba, o no me duchaba y me quedaba asqueroso todo el día. No hay agua caliente en la ducha la mayor parte del tiempo. Si te gusta estar limpio, no vengas aquí. English: water was never hot and I could never take a shower since this place is in the mountains and rather chilly. You'll either get sick showering with cold water or stay dirty not showering. Place can also get noisy with both guests and staff not appearing to care whether it's late at night or early morning. You're also right in the town center, so if you like quiet, this isn't it. At least the rooms are cheap, but seeing their cramped size, humid wood smell, the fact it's cold inside (couldn't completely close the tiny balcony door, leaving a cold draft coming inside the room) and with a shower that cannot manage any type of hot water, I personally wouldn't come back here.
