★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gran ubicación, el anfitrión sumamente cordial. Si buscas pasear y no estar tanto tiempo en la habitación es ideal. No hay mucho espacio para ropa o maletas, cuenta con microondas y frigobar. La cama es sumamente cómoda y con cobijas suficientes para el frío de San Cristóbal
Great location, extremely cordial host. If you are looking for a walk and not being in the room for so long, it is ideal. There is not much space for clothes or suitcases, it has a microwave and minibar. The bed is extremely comfortable and with enough blankets for the cold of San Cristóbal

Master Chef, Cesitar Aceves, is the internationally celebrated guardian of ancestral "Coleta" recipes, going back from generations of extraordinary wizards of the art of cooking. Chefs from all over the world come to learn from him! Food is farm to table, made with the freshest organic ingredients, many grown in their own garden, and only with local, seasonal ingredients. Everything is prepared on the spot in a genuinely traditional way and the kitchen is a delight, with wood traditional ovens and clay casseroles. Attention is very personal and familiar, making anybody feel a sense of welcoming home. Cesitar's staff, Celinita and Servando, have been in El Mesón since its opening, so you are sure to receive the family treatment every time you return. If you have the fortune to find availability, do stay in the lovely sleeping chambers. Each room is carefully decorated in a different way, showcasing beautiful local handicrafts.
