El AC no funcionaba bien y demoro mucho en enfriar el cuarto, por lo que al principio no estábamos tan cómodos por el bochorno que se sentía. Ya como a las 2 hrs empezó a refrescar, ese fue el único detalle. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Wonderful place to stay, you must visit. You got a pool and a couple of gym artefacts.

My friends have been there for multiple times, I was with them this year. They return each time because it is a nice place, super clean, free breakfast, a cafe which opens until late with good coffee, sandwiches, etc. The employees are great, Manuel and the guys and girl at the cafe, Mrs Juanita at the rooms; Mrs Aurelia The Ama de Llaves will help you with everything you need, the ladies at the counter, everyone is awesome. I really recommend the place. There is also a good restaurant beside and a gas station shop at one block. You can take the bus to go to Sam's Club or the taxi to go to downtown for a little amount.

loved the suite with Jacuzzi, and u can't beat the price. in the states a room like this would cost you well over $100. staff was nice, the free breakfast was a bit awkward because other guests were dressed business formal and we came in dressed very casual. Breakfast was great though, the buffet had a good selection of cooked foods and ready things like yogurt fruit etc. Loved the bathroom in our room, it's fancy :)

I suggest not staying here...please let me explain.....read all! My family and I were visiting our extended family in Mexico and we wanted to try out new hotels every night. So the previous night we stayed in one of the Best Westerns Hotels that had a family room which was really awesome since there was 8 of us. The hotel was great but didn't have quality wifi. So we found this place and we went to the front desk logged in and it was great quality so we decided to rent two double bed rooms( two of us in each bed so four in a room) however we got charged extra since apparently we had too many people in a room(maybe I've just never heard of this??). So we walk in to one of the rooms and it smells like mildew and the other one is fine(or so we thought). They gave my parents a new room which had a slight upgrade which was really awesome until we found ants everywhere. After swimming in the small but cozy pool , which my sister and I drew the attention of some unsavory drunk patrons...my brothers/sisters and I went into our room and tested out the bathroom since our families plumbing wasn't that great we were eager to use he bathroom in a hotel. We flushed once and the toilet started over flowing......and I mean OVER flowing to the point where my dad(being a plumber came down and took a look and figured out the water couldn't even be turned off to have it stop over flowing. My brother went to tell a worker and five minutes later water was out of the bathroom so he went to find another worker but stopped to use the bathroom and the worker he told was taking a selfie in the bathroom instead of alerting the maintenance person. With that being said they gave us another room however the air conditioning was extremely lacking. After a hard start, we went down to the small restaurant to get some dessert and the young lady there was extremely sweet and spoke English well....however my sister took two bites into her flan and saw ants in her dessert.I guess it could've been worse but I would recommend the Best Western every time.
