This place s actually dh the food was good but made me sick. The cleaning service ladies ould always move our stuff around there would also be Band-Aids in our shower. It's a pretty hotel but not that great for the price oh and the moldy bread made my mom sick.

Quiet and Clean rooms excellent breakfast buffet

Best place to stay in Zamora? Maybe. Standard rooms are not very large but clean, with an individual AC unit, ventilator and cable TV. Pillows are, IMO, very comfy. Wifi worked well in my room and the included breakfast buffet included mexican and regional staples.

Even though it's a nice place as far as the exterior goes, the place us not worth the price you pay. The Esthetics and the fact that it has a small swimming pool and a small gym, the rooms are nothing to write home about. They are small and typical of what you find in a hotel, My sheets were not changed for 2 whole days, the pillow cases had some stains on them and I had them 2 days straight. When I checked in the price was 65 dollars/day, I stayed for 9 days and the first 2 days I left a tip for housekeeping but noticed the sheets were not changed. I also noticed the room was under remodelling so there were patches of stucco throughout the room, I also noticed the room was not fixed and it was almost 4 PM and the room was still the same as when I left in the morning! I am not coming back to this place even though the pictures are nice and it looks good but the room and the service is something that I was not happy with. Over priced and not worth the money, I'd rather stay at "Eco Hotel"...

I am giving my review based on the customer service experience and interaction with the Hotel manager "Gina". She was very rude and clearly played favoritism towards guest maybe because I wasn't a resident of Mexico her answers to my request were short, rude and standoffish. The staff were Amazing and professional attentive at all times. As a guest and a group of 18ppl, I had specific requests for accommodation for my family during breakfast time the staff went beyond the rules of their Manager "Gina" to accommodate us even though the staff were in fear of loosing their jobs. If you are looking for a calm, clean, All inclusive hotel definitely this is the place I would highly recommend it! However to the owner of this hotel, I would highly suggest you consider a New Manager or send her to a Management course to learn that Management is not to intimidate your employees and customers as it reflects on how she's running your business.

Located South of Zamora is a peacefully and beautiful Hotel surrounded by trees it's garden is relaxing. The rooms cozy, spacious and comfortable assure your rest. The breakfast is the right way to begin the day. Don't forget to visit the Cathedral downtown Zamora.

Amazing place. Had a room issue, and immediately got moved and upgraded. Staff is amazing.

This is probably one of the best hotels on the area. It’s extremely clean and love the Buffett! I want to go back and stay many more days there.
