★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este hotel siempre lo elegía por limpio, cómodo , tranquilo y buen precio! Ahora que estuve ahí, sólo me encontré con el buen precio . El baño está yendo de moho, la cortina del baño sucia y a la hora de querer descansar se escuchaban muchos gritos y una mujer deleitándose con música de Dulce a los berridos! Sólo aguanté una noche y me cambié de hotel!??
 This hotel always chose it for clean, comfortable, quiet and good price! Now that I was there, I only found the good price. The bathroom is getting moldy, the shower curtain is dirty and when it comes to wanting to rest there were many screams and a woman delighting in music from Dulce to the howls! I only lasted one night and I changed hotels! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones, limpias y personal muy amable. El único detalle que hay mucho eco, y en cuanto los huéspedes de otras habitaciones van saliendo y hablan o hacen ruido se oye mucho y no se puede descansar. Esto como detalle para quien necesite dormir o sea de sueño ligero.
Good facilities, clean and very friendly staff. The only detail that there is a lot of echo, and as soon as the guests from other rooms go out and talk or make noise, you can hear a lot and you cannot rest. This as a detail for those who need to sleep or are a light sleeper.

Good place to rest with the family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very clean facilities and very friendly staff.

No tiene servicio de restaurante o al menos a mi no me lo ofrecieron (y miren que llegue muerto de hambre ?) por lo que tuve que salir a buscar, ese es otro detalle, cerca del hotel no hay muchas opciones para comer algo que no sean tacos/hamburguesas
It is a small, clean and well-maintained hotel. It doesn't have a restaurant service or at least they didn't offer it to me (and watch me arrive starving ?) so I had to go out and look for it, that's another detail, near the hotel there aren't many options to eat something that I don't be tacos / hamburgers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le daría más extrellas por qué las habitaciones son excelentes, lo único mal es el sevicio al cliente al llegar lo digo por una dama que no sabe tratar a los clientes con respeto y con tolerancia a clientes con discapacidad visual, te ponen a llenar un cartón te piden un depósito por el control y las toallas que en ningún hotel en el mundo he visto este protocolo engorroso, por eso les aconsejo a los dueños de este hotel que sean tolerantes, respetuosos y sobre todo brindar un excelente sevicio a cualquier usuario que llegue a sus instalaciones y así mejorar su servicio al cliente!
I would give more stars because the rooms are excellent, the only bad thing is the customer service upon arrival I say this for a lady who does not know how to treat customers with respect and with tolerance for customers with visual disabilities, they make you fill a cardboard they ask you for a deposit for the control and the towels that in no hotel in the world have I seen this cumbersome protocol, that's why I advise the owners of this hotel to be tolerant, respectful and above all provide an excellent service to any user who arrives to your facilities and thus improve your customer service!
