Quisieron tomar el pedido por teléfono y que siguiera esperando, lo que no acepté. No era la primera vez. Ya estaba registrado en la página. Mal. I placed an order through messinasstorecom* and after waiting an hour, I called the branch where I supposedly placed the order, and they didn't have it. They wanted to take the order over the phone and keep me waiting, which I did not accept. It was not the first time. I was already registered on the page. Wrong.

Without a doubt the traditional Yucatecan pizza. Very crispy and freshly baked it is delicious. Preferably go for it and enjoy a few pieces while you get home!

They insisted I ordered from the wrong location even though I had a screenshot of the transaction. They proceeded to take my order over the phone and asked for my name 4 different times throughout the call. They asked for my phone number 4 times.For some reason they kept trying to talk to me in English so I switched to English. They then apologized and told me they don't understand English. I called and spoke to them in Spanish until they strangely switched to English, I have no idea why they did that. I SPEAK SPANISH!!! They were laughing the whole time while they continued to ask me for my information. I've worked in the service industry for years so its very rare for me to leave a bad review for a restaurant but they are the worst. Not only is there online system garbage, so is their attitude!!!
