★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un pastel "Napolitano", además de que la atención fue muy "austera", el sabor y tamaño del pastel fue 110% inversa al precio, considero que deberían calcular mejor sus costos, ya que el sabor no es espectacular como debiera ser un pastel que conmemora ocasiones especiales. Debut y despedida como cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó la respuesta que le dieron a la chica que habla que son caros y sin textura al gluten. Efectivamente cambia el sabor pero para las personas que somos intolerantes al gluten son una delicia.
Y que bueno que ella pueda degustar gluten.
Pero yo por nada cambió mis harinas de almendra y coco, ya estaré x ahí para probar el pan de yuca.
I liked the answer they gave to the girl speaking that they are expensive and gluten free. It does change the taste but for people who are gluten intolerant they are a delight.
And how good that she can taste gluten.
But I changed my almond and coconut flours for nothing, I'll be there to try the yucca bread.

Me encanta recalentar el pan un poco para que recupere un poco la textura, claro, por su naturaleza SG. Todos los productos son sanos y de la mejor calidad, ahí aman lo que hacen. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Y ademas de todo la chef da talleres también!
It is a little piece of heaven. Excellent products, in every way and unbeatable treatment. I love to reheat the bread a bit so that it recovers a little texture, of course, due to its SG nature. All the products are healthy and of the best quality, there they love what they do. I highly recommend it. And besides all the chef gives workshops too!
