★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio por línea telefónica y Whatsapp es super tedioso, uno pensaría que ponen el número de whatsapp para facilitar las cosas pero es todo lo contrario, te responden cuando quieren, les llamas y si tienes suerte te contestan; prácticamente tienes que rogarles para que te puedan dar un precio, dar una cotización o venderte algo. Pensé que solo pasaría contadas veces pero siempre es lo mismo. Si les urge un material vayan directamente a la sucursal a realizar su compra en caso de que este sea el único lugar donde consigan su material. Les hace falta una persona exclusivamente para servicio telefónico.
