★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intente comunicarme a recepcion, solo descuelgan el telefono y no toman la llamada. Me comunique a recursos humanos para pedir informes y el caballero que me atendio, demasiado grosero, nisiquiera me permitio hablar y solo dijo "ESTOY OCUPADO" y colgo.
Personal muy mal capacitado y poco profesional.
I tried to communicate to reception, they just pick up the phone and do not take the call. I contacted human resources to request reports and the gentleman who attended me, too rude, did not even allow me to speak and only said "I'M BUSY" and hung up.
Very poorly trained and unprofessional staff.
