Metamorfosis Day Spa - 48380 Puerto Vallarta

The massages were so good, my husband and I are coming back tomorrow! He was impressed with the deep tissue massage that Angela gave him, (whereas he’s disappointed lots of times as so many aren’t deep enough) and I loved the all over massage that Isabella gave me.

I was in search of a spa for a French pedicure which is not popularly done at many spas in Vallarta. They were on lunch however the owner came out and kindly greeted my fiancé and I. She offered us a time to come back after their lunch which was very nice. I returned and met Linda who was very friendly, they offered me a blanket as it was cooler in there but I was fine. The scrub that they used was so nice that I was hoping I could purchase it lol! My French turned out perfect and really classy. I’ll be happy to return. I’m also interested in going back for a massage.

Where to start.... The facilities are beautiful and very clean. I had a couple's message the first time w hubby and we truly enjoyed it. We are back for the second time for another couple's message and added mani/pedi services and it was marvelous. Better than any service I've had in the past including the USA. Love how warm and sweet everyone is and the level of professionalism is outstanding. ? excellent experience and highly recommend Metamorphosis. Linda did my? and Isabela took care of my ?‍♀️.

This is my 7th time returning to Puerto Vallarta. I have been going to the Metamorfosis Spa since my first trip. This place is the best of the best in PV. Today I had my massage with Charlie (who I have always had it done by) and I walked out just in pure bliss. It had been 2 1/2 years since we have taken an trip due to the pandemic. OK, here I go......Angel is the owner of the spa. All I can say about her is that she is one of the best business owners I have ever meet. I have worked for almost 30 years in retail, so I know what I'm talking about. She will remember you and your name , even if she only has meet you once. She has wonderful customer service skills. She always makes me feel 100% like family/friend and comfortable. All of her employees are family members ( i believe her niece's and nephew's) so it has a very family feel to it. The actual place is just gorgeous. I was very surprised this year when I saw it was completely remodeled. It is very simple and breath taking at the same time. I love it. The team is so friendly and kind. The pricing is great. I usually get a massage 2-4 times when I visit PV. Angel could honestly charge so much more but again that is what is so amazing about her. She just wants to offer reasonable priced upscale service. And trust me, everything is upscale here. OK, now on to Charlie ( who gave me my massages). I get regular massages back at home. 1-2 a month. I love who I go to back home. But I can not express my respect and admiration for Charlie and the job her does. He is by far the best I have ever had when getting a massage. He knows his stuff. If someone told me he spent millions on training and school for it , I would believe it. I have some pretty big problems with my back. I have sciatica and overall issues with my muscles around my shoulder blades. Charlie is the best of the best. His technique is just amazing. He gets booked pretty fast and booked out far. So I recommend booking ahead if possible. If i knew he wasn't booked for the next hour , I would have asked him to keep going today. It has been so long since I walked away from a massage feeling this complete again. I will say it again.....Charlie is the best and he is amazing. A couple years ago some friends came with us and had massages from some of the other employees of the spa and they said they loved it. So I am sure anyone you get will make you very happy. They do offer other services. I have had a hair cut a few years back as well as a pedicure. I know this was long , but when I left today I just had to write a review. This is one of the places I always look forward to when I come to PV. If they were located back home in Indiana then they would be seeing me weekly. Even if your hotel/stay has their own spa, I highly recommend just coming here. You will understand when you visit.....btw I have another massage next week with Charlie as well. And I am looking forward to it.

Stopped by and happened to get a same day couples massage. Fabulous family run business! My wife is pregnant and really needed this massage they did such an excellent job accommodating her. If in Puerto Vallarta again, this will for sure be a stop.

THE BEST SPA IN PUERTO VALLARTA!! So clean and the services are the best. The owner is incredible and speaks perfect english and spanish!! also has ac which is great to escape the heat and be transferred to a 5 star spa!

All I can say is this place is AMAZING!! My partner and I went for our 1st anniversary and everyone at the spa made it so special for us. We went with the couples massage, deep tissue and it was incredible! The masseuses and host were so kind and professional to us. They even bought us a slice of chocolate cake that was delicious! Definitely spend a day here you will not regret it. Thank you Metemorfosis spa! ❤️

Fantastic experience! Very clean, LGBTQ friendly, Woman owned and operated, well appointed day spa. What’s not to love. First time visiting PVR, husband and I went for a manicure and pedicure and could not be happier with our visit to Metamorfosis!
