★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen con sus fechas compromiso de entrega y no se hacen responsables por los compromisos que su personal asume. Se justifican diciendo que la persona responsable se fue temprano. De nada sirve que tengan incertidumbres buenas y resultados de medicion aceptables. Si tienen un pésimo trato al cliente y el peor seguimiento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OjO: Tienen como punto negativo que cuando ajustan algún equipo te cobran doble, y ponen ambos resultados a fuerzas en el certificado, aunque sea la primer calibración del equipo, esto lo hacen escudándose en la norma (que interpretan a su modo y para su beneficio económico). En otras ocaciones han llegado a descomponer equipo sin responder por el desperfecto. Y tampoco tienen empatía con sus clientes. En estos aspectos tienen mucho por mejorar.
 OjO: They have as a negative point that when they adjust some equipment they charge you double, and they put both results by force in the certificate, even if it is the first calibration of the equipment, they do this by hiding behind the norm (which they interpret in their own way and for their benefit economic). On other occasions they have come to break down equipment without responding for the damage. And they also have no empathy with their customers. In these aspects they have much to improve.
