Son unos esteros !!! Te cobran el banderazo en $13.60 que es la cuota de servicio de radio taxi pero al bajarte te cobran $15 o $20 pesos más!!!!!!! Doble, rateros !!

Tomé uno de sus taxis sobre la avenida, sacó el banderazo normal pero al ir avanzando su taxímetro iba muy rápido (casi seguro que lo tenía alterado) , un viaje que cobran aproximadamente 60 pesos, el taxi me cobró 130, es un robo total , no tiene sus documentos a la vista, cuando le pedí su nombre no quiso dármelo, y tiene material para que sus placas no sean visibles, les dejo los datos de su taxista placas A3724A , de todas formas levante una queja a semovi

Tengo mucho tiempo utilizando sus servicios y nunca había tenido ningún problema, pero el pasado 23 de julio solicite un servicio con factura, se lo pedí a la señorita que recibe las llamadas. Cuando llego a mi destino y solicitó el vale para poder generar mi factura, el operador de la unidad 171 me dijo que no le habían avisado que requería de factura, tomo mis datos y me dijo que me la enviarían. Hoy 12 de agosto sigo sin recibir la factura y solo me dan largas. Espero puedan ayudarme e indicar a los operadores del call center que toman las llamadas para los servicios, que tengan papel y pluma o algo en lo que puedan anotar bien los servicios e indicaciones que se solicitan.
