Tenía años de no entrenar ni hacer ejercicio y desde el principio el personal y los coaches lo toman en cuenta para que siempre hagas los ejercicios con el menor riesgo pero siempre buscando estarte a mejorar. Se toman el tiempo de hacerte crecer en tu condición física. El ambiente es excelente y amigable y en 4 meses je visto una mejoría enorme en mi condición física. Altamente recomendado
I had never trained in such a place (I had always tried a traditional gym). I had years of not training or exercising and from the beginning the staff and coaches take it into account so that you always do the exercises with the lowest risk but always looking to be better. They take the time to make you grow in your physical condition. The atmosphere is excellent and friendly and in 4 months I have seen a huge improvement in my physical condition. Highly recommended
