f	federico fernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ladrones; solo me acerque a pedir informes y con eso fue suficiente para que me cargaran un seguro del cual se me descontó vía nomina por 7 quincenas, al hacer mi reclamo (claro después de vueltas y tramites) resulta que me entregan una póliza con un correo inventado así como una supuesta hija como beneficiaria, con la tontería de que la persona que llevaba dicha cancelación ya no labora para ellos y que por lo tanto no se me repondrá el dinero ya que ella era la única responsable y no la empresa. ¿Dónde están sus valores que manifiestan en su portal? Obvio la póliza que me entregan no cuenta con mi firma ni la del agente, se justifican de que esto no es relevante y lo único que se firma es un contrato de póliza el cual casualmente esta en las oficinas de la ciudad de México y ellos no lo pueden entregar. Pido que se me entregue por escrito el porque no se me rembolsara lo que me robaron y se niegan hacerlo. TENGAN CUIDADO!!!!
