They called me to say it was from Pensions but they never said it was from Metlife, I don't have a good experience with improper charges. So I did not attend the appointment because they did not give me the real information.

Bad service in general, they do not make the policies valid, although the cases are duly documented and previously validated; make improper charges; it is a pilgrimage to cancel and some agents treat you badly when you confirm the cancellation (not all); investment yields are lower than cetes.
