★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las oficinas se encuentran muy bien ubicadas, y el local es bien iluminado y algo cómodo para el tipo de atención a clientes que este requiere. No obstante el servicio es sumamente deficiente, los asesores realizan las cancelaciones del seguro pero tras meses continúan descontando quincena tras quincena y argullen el descuento al banco y se deslindan de dicha responsabilidad teniendo la potestad esta empresa de seguros y lamentablemente dicen al cliente que ellos nada pueden hacer y uno tiene que absorber dichos descuentos. Lo peor del caso es que ellos comentan que mientras se "realiza" la cancelación, el cliente debe de aguantarse a estos descuentos. Existe gente de la tercera edad que se encuentra a espensas de estos rapaces y vilmente se aprovechan de entregar sus dividendos. Es muy lamentable que dichos asesores no se encuentren capacitados para arreglar este tipo de situaciones. Es una experiencia muy amarga y jamás la volveré a pasar ya que nunca más haré tratos con esta empresa. Es vergonzoso que una compañía de tal calibre dé un servicio de ínfima calidad. Cómo es posible que existan este tipo de problemas para los asegurados mientras que a los trabajadores les ofrecen vacaciones con garantías de pago que se elevan hasta
$ 100,000.00 y de pagos sumamente cómodos. Es penoso el servicio que ofrecen en esta empresa. ¡No sé recomienda, evítenlos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizan bien su trabajo, y llevan a cabo los protocolos contra el covid, y en cuanto a los trámites, sus documentos y/o copias deben salir completas al momento de sacar la copia sino no es que no se las reciban ellos sino que te comentan que tal vez se las rechacen al momento de mandar sus documentos, y debe de estar actualizadas en caso de actas ya es con el formato verde
