Es increíble que para un trámite en el que las personas de ahí invirtieron en mí 15 minutos máximo, haya tenido que invertir (hasta ahora) aproximadamente 5 horas de mi tiempo y tres visitas. Cuando inicié el trámite había 2 personas antes que yo, tardé tres horas y media para que me pasaran, tarde 10 más,todo eso pq al parecer sólo hay 1 persona que lleva ese trámite. Vengo a recoger mi cheque, por segunda ocasión y a pesar de que me dijeron que era muuy rápido, llevo 30 minutos y no sé cuánto más esperaré.
Terrible service, very slow! It is incredible that for a procedure in which the people there invested in me 15 minutes maximum, I had to invest (until now) approximately 5 hours of my time and three visits. When I started the process there were 2 people before me, it took me three and a half hours to get through, later 10 more, all that seems to be only 1 person who takes that step. I come to pick up my check, for the second time and although they told me it was too fast, it took 30 minutes and I do not know how much longer I will wait.
