★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo generalizar porque tienen personal que es amable y te apoyan con tus dudas, pero también no falta el que lejos de apoyarte realice otras acciones, le s comparto mi experiencia: resulta que al acudir a recoger la actualización de mi póliza me agregaron una suma mayor a la que tenía asegurada, en lugar de agregar el beneficio de ayuda hospitalaria (lo que me habían ofrecido y opté por solicitar), así que tengan cuidado en lo que les ofrecen y les terminan dando. Ahora tengo que hacer otro trámite para cancelarlo y perder otro día.
