Pity service do not solve well when you go to cancel insurance .. in December they never put a sign that it would be closed for vacations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan un pésimo servicio, en mi experiencia el asesor que me atendía se desapareció sin avisar, en la sucursal el teléfono nunca lo responden, siempre entra la operadora, y cuando logre comunicarme se comprometieron a llamarme ese mismo día, y han pasado semanas.
obviamente ya no puedo comunicarme nuevamente.
They give a terrible service, in my experience the advisor who attended me disappeared without warning, at the branch the phone is never answered, the operator always comes in, and when I manage to communicate they promised to call me that same day, and weeks have passed.
obviously I can't communicate anymore.

Ofertas de seguros atractivas, sin tantos peros como en otras aseguradoras.
Tiene rampa para personas en silla de ruedas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima sucursal, poco profesionales, hace un mes acudí a esta sucursal para tramitar un cheque por dividendos de mi póliza, aparentemente en menos de dos semanas tendrían el cheque, estuve buscando a los 15 dias a mi “agente”, nunca tomo la llamada ni mensajes ni nada nunca mas, 3 semanas…me llaman y me comentan que mi “agente” ya no trabaja allí y que no ingreso mis papeles…mas de un mes perdido y tengo que volver a ir firmar e ingresar mi tramite. Muy poco profesionales en esta sucursal de Metlife muy mala imagen para la marca.
Bad branch, unprofessional, a month ago I went to this branch to process a check for dividends from my policy, apparently in less than two weeks they would have the check, I was looking for my "agent" after 15 days, I never took the call messages or anything ever again, 3 weeks ... they call me and tell me that my "agent" no longer works there and that I do not enter my papers ... more than a month lost and I have to go back to sign and enter my paperwork. Very unprofessional in this Metlife branch very bad image for the brand.
