★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca había tenido problemas con Metlife para que me generarán las cartas de autorización de los asegurados. Recibíamos respuesta en el tiempo prometido. Sin embargo a partir de julio las cosas cambiaron, tenemos 3 cartas de autorización pendientes para la programación de las cirugías de unos pacientes y no nos han dado respuesta. Hemos estado hablando y nos dicen que tienen mucho volumen de trabajo. A veces hasta los mismos ejecutivos no saben que respuesta darnos. ¿Alguien está pasando por el mismo problema? Si saben a donde hablar por favor compártanlo. Gracias
I had never had a problem with Metlife to generate the authorization letters from the insured. We received an answer in the promised time. However, as of July, things changed, we have 3 pending authorization letters for the scheduling of surgeries for some patients and they have not given us an answer. We have been talking and they tell us that they have a lot of workload. Sometimes even the executives do not know what answer to give us. Is anyone going through the same problem? If you know where to talk please share it. Thanks
