★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistí a la sucursal en Querétaro para retirar mis dividendos, y no me aceptaron constancia de mi cuenta clave expedida por el banco, ya qué sólo aceptan estados de cuenta, documento qué me parece es muy personal y delicado compartir...pero no lo aceptaron por políticas de la empresa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente cada quien habla como le va en la feria dicen, mi experiencia personal fue muy positiva, teníamos previa cita, llegamos puntuales y nos atendieron puntuales, muy amable la agente de seguros, muy clara y atenta a proporcionar cualquier copia o enviar de manera digital documentos necesarios.
Afortunadamente no hemos tenido la necesidad de poner a prueba a Metlife y ver si cumplen y demás como aseguradora. Por lo pronto esta oficina la recomiendo procuren llamar antes y tratar de agendar cita y evitar dar la vuelta y pasar corajes si es que nadie puede atenderlos inmediatamente.
Definitely, everyone talks about how the fair is going, they say, my personal experience was very positive, we had an appointment, we arrived on time and they attended to us on time, the insurance agent was very friendly, very clear and attentive to provide any copy or send digitally necessary documents.
Fortunately we have not had the need to test Metlife and see if they comply and others as an insurer. For now, I recommend this office to try to call before and try to schedule an appointment and avoid turning around and getting angry if no one can attend you immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre he recibido buena atención por el personal, sin embargo hoy quise tramitar retiro de dividendos y la señorita me negó el trámite porque no tenía cita, lo cual yo ignoraba. Estoy de acuerdo que son las reglas, pero también el personal debería de entender que si no están haciendo nada y el sitio está totalmente vacío y mi trámite no se lleva mas de 15 minutos, pues no le costaba nada el haberme atendido. Es cosa de sentido común. Hoy es 14 de abril de 2021.
I have always received good attention from the staff, however today I wanted to process a dividend withdrawal and the lady denied the process because I did not have an appointment, which I was unaware of. I agree that they are the rules, but also the staff should understand that if they are not doing anything and the site is totally empty and my process does not take more than 15 minutes, it was not difficult for them to have attended me. It is a matter of common sense. Today is April 14, 2021.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala muy mala atención no recomiendo comprar seguros ahí para cobrarlos te piden cosas que no te dicen al momento de contratar no se ponen deacuerdo en linea una cosa y en persona otra un Caos no recomendable te la hacen super cansada para pagar luego ellos se equivocan en la póliza y tu tienes ue pagar de tu bolsa para solucionarlo pésimo servicio
