★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que está el metrobus ayudó mucho el elevador para personas que lo necesitan y arreglaron algunos accesos, pero aún hay que mejorar el tema de accesibilidad porque para algunos puede ser difícil si no tiene la tarjeta para usar el elevador

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio ultimamente tardan mucho los trenes entre estacion y estacion y esto hace que la gente se aglomere demaciado.
Aparte entre las vias se sienten como desalineadas y hasta el tren brinca mucho supongo que es por falta de mantenimiento.
Las escaleras que estan en estaciones, Coyuya, Iztacalco, Apatlaco, Aculco, o se estan levantando o se estan sumiendo.
Terrible service lately the trains take a long time between stations and this makes people crowd too much.
Besides, between the tracks they feel misaligned and even the train jumps a lot, I guess it's due to lack of maintenance.
The stairs that are in stations, Coyuya, Iztacalco, Apatlaco, Aculco, are either rising or sinking.
