★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metro Service Center es el centro de servicio de varias marcas de relojes y smartwatch. Envié mi reloj fossil a año y medio de comprarlo y todavía dentro del periodo de garantía (2 años) y Metro Service Center me lo manda de regreso sin haberle hecho nada ni información de algún tipo.
Aunque entiendo que el daño pudiera ser de uso o incluso algo imputable a mi, el centro de servicio te debe enviar un presupuesto estimado de cuánto costaría la reparación para tu aprobación de si la quieres llevar a cabo o no.
Sin embargo Metro Service Center ni siquiera me envió presupuesto, no me contactaron por ningún medio a pesar de contar con mi correo y dos números telefónicos. Se rehúsan a contestar mis emails.
Una basura de servicio, incompetentes, haraganes!
 Metro Service Center is the service center for various brands of watches and smartwatches. I sent my fossil watch a year and a half after buying it and still within the warranty period (2 years) and the Metro Service Center sends it back to me without having done anything or information of any kind.
Although I understand that the damage could be of use or even something attributable to me, the service center should send you an estimate of how much the repair would cost for your approval of whether you want to carry it out or not.
However, Metro Service Center did not even send me a quote, they did not contact me by any means despite having my email and two phone numbers. They refuse to answer my emails.
A garbage of service, incompetent, lazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que este centro, para darle soporte a una marca de relojes con muchos productos, en efecto su atención al cliente vía telefónica es muy, muy mala, ¡malísima!; se plantean como muy estructurados y protocolarios, pero al hablar para darle seguimiento a una reparación, tal parece que estuvieran en el limbo.
En mi caso, en dos ocasiones obtuve el servicio correcto para mi reloj (con una garantía de 2 años), pero en la última, la atención telefónica me generó mucha incertidumbre.
Ojalá y prestaran atención a ello, y estructuraran sus procesos para que pudiera uno darle seguimiento de forma eficiente y sin sobresaltos.
It seems to me that this center, to give support to a watch brand with many products, in fact its customer service via telephone is very, very bad, very bad !; They are presented as very structured and formal, but when speaking to follow up on a repair, it seems that they were in limbo.
In my case, on two occasions I got the correct service for my watch (with a 2-year warranty), but on the last one, the telephone attention generated a lot of uncertainty.
Hopefully and they would pay attention to it, and structure their processes so that one could follow up efficiently and smoothly.
