★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está bien ubicado, los autobuses suelen ir abarrotados y con frecuencia la línea se ve ámpliamente rebasada en su capacidad. Los camiones se ven ya muy viejos y desgastados, incluso obscuros y mugrosos. También suelen echar mucho humo negro.
It is well located, the buses tend to be crowded and the line is often greatly exceeded in its capacity. The trucks are already very old and worn, even dark and filthy. They also tend to put a lot of black smoke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno el servicio, aveces pasa q se aglomera la gente x el retrazo d unidades y xq además está ubicada en la estación del metro Chilpancingo, aunque no pasa tan así cómo en Glorieta d los insurgentes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es muy complicada esta estación en horas pico, hay momentos en los que es imposible subirte a algun autobus, muchas veces cuando llueve el servicio hacia El Caminero o hacia La Joya es muy lento y tardado, también como recomendación deberían de quitar la parte exclusiva para mujeres, es una pérdida de espacio vital que se necesita para hacer que todos los usuarios quepan y el servicio se agilice.
This station is very complicated at peak times, there are times when it is impossible to get on a bus, many times when it rains the service to El Caminero or La Joya is very slow and time consuming, also as a recommendation they should remove the exclusive part for Women, it is a waste of living space that is needed to make all users fit and the service streamlines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos momentos como a las 11:05 se atoro mi moneda en la máquina 2 del metrobus pedí apoyo al de seguridad, le comente que cual seria la solución con respecto a mi dinero y me respondió pues hay que esperar al técnico a que lo arregle o que quiere que yo le de el dinero, no es tanto por el dinero si no por la respuesta que me dio, hay muchos que solo llevamos lo del pasaje, es injusto que den este tipo de respuestas los de seguridad me pudo proporcionar otro tipo de apoyo quizás me hubiera permitido el acceso pero no muy mala actitud, que si lo solucione? si un señor de chaleco rojo y la señora del modulo muy atentos y amables me apoyaron pero el de seguridad muy grosero, muchas veces me he llegado a preguntar porque cada día tienden a tener mala actitud para decir las cosas pudiendo apoyarnos entre todos.
A few moments ago, around 11:05 my coin got stuck in machine 2 of the metrobus. I asked the security guy for support. I told him what the solution would be with respect to my money and he answered me, well, we have to wait for the technician to fix it. or that he wants me to give him the money, it is not so much because of the money but because of the answer he gave me, there are many who only take the ticket, it is unfair that they give this type of answer, the security could give me another type of support perhaps he would have allowed me access but not a very bad attitude, what if I solved it? Yes, a man in a red vest and the lady from the module, who were very attentive and kind, supported me, but the security guard was very rude. Many times I have come to wonder why every day they tend to have a bad attitude to say things, being able to support each other.
