Después de una semana logré recabar todos los documentos, escanearlos y mandarles el archivo PDF por correo electrónico.
Ahora me están pidiendo que envié todos los documentos ORIGINALES por mensajería a las oficinas del corporativo en Nuevo León y que la aprobación o rechazo tarda de 30 a 35 días,
Desde hace 5 años he estado solicitando algún tipo de apoyo para renegociar la mensualidad, la cuál se me ha disparado de 3,300 a 9,600, y nunca me han podido ayudar... Al contrario... Si te atrazas te están acosando por teléfono y WhatsApp
NO HAGAS NEGOCIOS CON ESTA EMPRESA, y si ya estás amarrados y estás a tiempo de safarte hazlo
