Nice place to have a physical conditioning. As observation only, they should charge visits as such, without the need to enroll the member.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena relación precio-satisfacion vale lo que cuesta. Puntos negativos. Los aparatos están muy amontonados y solo tienen elípticas poca variedad de aparatos de cardio.
Good price-satisfaction ratio is worth what it costs. Bad points. The machines are very crowded and only have elliptical trainers a small variety of cardio machines.

Great place, it has been my fitness space for 1 year, they just need a treadmill or bike for cardio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal que trabaja ahí tiene una pésima actitud, son super sangrones, te inscribes y no te dicen que no puedes estar más de 90min tampoco te dicen que no puedes hacer triserie, le preguntas al entrenador como hacer algún ejercicio o como funciona alguna máquina y se molesta. Si tienes rutina personalizada no te orienta en nada, ni en como acomodar una máquina, te dice que el cobra más barato y si quieres que te ayude pues que le pagues, no abren ni cierran al horario que tienen y aún que falten 10min paracerrar te corren. No lo recomiendo para nada
The staff who work there have a terrible attitude, they are super bloody, you sign up and they don't tell you that you can't be more than 90min, nor do they tell you that you can't do triseries, you ask the coach how to do some exercise or how a machine works and gets angry. If you have a personalized routine, it does not guide you in anything, nor in how to accommodate a machine, it tells you that it charges cheaper and if you want it to help you then pay it, they do not open or close at the time they have and even if there are 10 min to close you they run. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar perfecto para principiantes, Si a usted le gusta las maquinas sofisticadas puede venir aqui, Es pequeño si es fan de los pesos libres, le aviso no tiene rak para sentadillas pero si tiene smith.
It is a perfect place for beginners, If you like sophisticated machines you can come here, It is small if you are a fan of free weights, I warn you, it does not have rak for squats but it does have smith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien, hace falta mantenimiento y el problema más grande es que no abren a las 6:00 am, siempre hay que esperar a que lleguen corriendo y eso esta feo para los que tenemos poco tiempo antes de ir a trabajar?
