Service very late very bad organization to receive little medicine consultation. To be free, even so, there are people who, if they take good care of you and inspire you with confidence, not all the fault lies with the staff, you have to be aware that the support of the government, the budget that is given, discourages quite a lot of doctors.

There is a shortage of medicines, medical attention is regular, few doctors take good care of you. The facilities are clean. It lacks many services such as x-rays, in addition to the fact that the ultrasound device seems to be from the year of the broth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Buen lunes!
Good Monday!
I recommend the administration.
Today my husband and I attended to process our disability certificate.
Upon arrival we were attended by the administrative area, all very well up to that point.
Not so much for the certified Dr., the reason is as follows.
Everyone knows that my husband and I are very prepared people, we have studied a lot to achieve what we have achieved with a lot of effort...
But, now it turns out that being deaf people, who have made a lot of effort, represents not having a disability, we well know that deafness is invisible, therefore our job is to make it visible.
We, willing to make the doctor's work easier, preferred the path of rudeness, pedantry and ignorance.
In his words:
*I need you to come accompanied by a family member, because my job is to ask, not to explain.
*I don't have to write to you.
*Why do you want the disability card if you don't have anything.
Although we explained to her on several occasions that there were other ways to address us, she was rude at all times, it was not until I had to call my mother to "confirm" that we are indeed deaf people.
It is sad that in these times, medical personnel in many cases continue to ignore what it really means to be deaf, to know the deaf culture, or to have an interpretation service.
Access to health services and proper care is not a privilege, it is a RIGHT.
