★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta! la instructora te explica muy bien las poses, como apoyar las manos, pies y como hacer las cosas de forma correcta; te pone atencion cuando estas aprendiendo y cuando no igual he visto que corrige a los que ya llevan un tiempo; las clases son movidas y siempre salgo de ahi como si me hubieran quitado un peso de encima jajaja neta AMO y te da tips de respiracion y todo, la musica igual me gusta muchisimo la playlist jaja
Love it! The instructor explains the poses very well, how to support the hands, feet and how to do things correctly; he pays attention to you when you are learning and when not, I have seen that he corrects those who have been there for a while; Classes are busy and I always leave there as if a weight had been lifted from me hahaha net I LOVE and it gives you breathing tips and everything, the music I like the playlist very much haha
