★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el de esta Compañía. Primero llame para pedir una cotización, en esa llamada me pidieron un sinfín de datos y me dijeron que me iban a llamar, NUNCA llamaron. Posteriormente yo llame nuevamente para preguntar por mi cotización y una persona de apellido Leija me vuelve a interrogar, comprometiéndose en que al día siguiente me enviaría la información que necesitaba, pero TAMPOCO la mandó, volví a llamar y en esta ocasión me empiezan a interrogar nuevamente con el pretexto de que la persona que me atendió en la primera ocasión no había pasado nuestros datos. Insisto, PESIMO servicio.
This Company's terrible service. First call to ask for a quote, on that call they asked me for a lot of data and they told me they were going to call me, they NEVER called. Later I call again to ask for my quote and a person named Leija interrogates me again, committing to the next day I would send the information I needed, but I did not send it, I called again and this time they start to interrogate me again under the pretext that the person who treated me on the first occasion had not passed our data. I insist, PESIMO service.
