I would just do all the transactions directly via a trusted 3rd party.
They ll try to charge loads of extras then charge you an exchange rate which is way way above market price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware Beware of low cost car rentals, they get you with the Insurance regardless if you purchase an insurance thru the sight. They won’t allow you to take the car even though it’s paid and and you had an insurance. False advertising And the service is very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review for early 2020: Really good prices only if you reserve ahead of time, unlimited mileage, new cars, clean interior, they will pick you up and drop off at the airport. The wait times could be long sometimes, even if you have a reservation ready. There's just a small seating area right outside the building with a few chairs. They do provide.you with free bottled water. Will definitely come here again if I happen to fly here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the 2nd time I rented a car here the first time we arrived around 6am I had made reservation prior to both my trips when we got there checked in we were told there was no cars we had to wait 2 hours before receiving our car. 2nd time same thing happened I was upset and told the lady this is why we make the reservation prior to coming here so our car would be ready all she could say was sorry you need to wait until we get a car again the wait would have been 2 hours again they offered another car but the price was over $150 over what we had reserved for. Point is why offer reservations if they won’t have the car ready !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and unprofessional. The bathrooms were filthy, no toilet paper, no toilet seat, no soap, no paper towels. Waited about 45 minutes just to be served and another hour or so to finish. DO NOT RENT WITHOUT THE FULL COVERAGE!!! They will charge you for all damages otherwise. Highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle or anything other than a regular car. The roads leading to literally anywhere are terrible, full of debris and the dirt roads that connect different main roads and highways are almost never in drivable condition. Most dirt roads are not maintained at all or not enough. You will find giant rocks, 1ft-3ft deep potholes, garbage and debris like large tires, and etc. Its a huge risk taking any dirt road but never drive at night! Be safe!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews on this company, my husband and I were really hesitant. We were expecting to be way over charged and things to go wrong since all the reviews were terrible. I will say this was one of the best rentals we have ever had. The workers were extremely friendly and helpful. The vehicle was in great condition and they were very quick to get us in and out. For 6 days, we rented an 8 passenger van and purchased the insurance the company offers (not the third party insurance) with the mex a car company when we got there and our total price was about $700. we received our $200 deposit back as soon as we turned the car in. I highly recommend this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price was great but I strongly suggest you as a customer check your car carefully before you leave the facility. When we returned the car to the facility they charged us 1200 pesos for a missing floor mat in the back seat. We know for a fact that the floor mat was not there to begin with. Plus there was a spill in the backseat that was already there that they accused us in creating. Pretty sure they are doing this over and over again and making money off of future customers.
