★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to rent from this company. Never again. Did car reservation 2 months ago and when showing up to pick the car up, they didn't have the car I reserved. They gave me another one $200.00 dlls. More expensive. Make sure you take video when doing the car inspection, they will invent scratches or dents. I'm lucky I got proof. Never again from these people

They cancelled my reservation and then said they didn’t have the car I reserved and didn't even care that they basically left me and my family stranded. And the people that work there are the worst no customer service experience at all. Save yourself from getting aggravated and rent from somewhere else.

They cancelled my reservation and then said they didn’t have the car i reserved which was a Volkswagon vento only to then charge me 90$ more for the same F- car. They said they didn’t have my car so that is why they gave me this car. (It’s the same vento i rented out in the first place) on top of this they charged me 100$ more for being 24$ 10$ per day, when previously it was only a 10$ flat charge. When leaving i did not notice our rear brakes were squealing until i got to my destination. Then upon our return our brake lever failed to brake. Would not go down. They attendant acted as if i was dumb and didn’t know how cars worked. As of right now i still haven’t received my security deposit.
A la gente que habla español, estos tipos y tipas solo les importante su p*ta comisión! Les vale V*rga nosotros los clientes. HDSPM creen que uno caga dinero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, they downgraded our rental vehicle at pick-up moment and they provided a vehicle flashing the empty tank logo and said "just stop at the next gas station you see". Although we reserved via online, directly with them, they still took over 20 minutes to input our reservation to the computer, and where extremely pushy that we upgrade coverage and vehicle, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse service in Monterrey, I had my reservation arranged but when we arrived they told us they couldn't rent us a car because my address changed from the last one was registered online. They simply couldn't make it work and told us it was not their problem without any other option at 11 pm.
